My husband and I went to Portugal, Spain, and Lourdes with Verso Ministries in June 2024. Our local guide for our pilgrimage, Teresa, was wonderful. She took us to the Convent in Lisbon where Jacinta was taken care of by the Sisters. She was so respectful of every place we visited where the Fatima children grew up, prayed, had the visions. Fatima is so humble and simple, but Our Lady shines. Her presence is palpable. Jesus and Mary remain close to us in these dark times we are living in, where persecution exists. Her Immaculate Heart will triumph and we keep our trust and prayers strong. Mary remains with us, like a Mother.
Most hopeful is her promise that, in the end, her Immaculate Heart will triumph. So, no matter how dark things get in our wayward world, we have this comforting promise of hers in which to rest.
